Getting to and away
From Granada, get on any Nandaime or Rivas-bound bus and ask the driver to let you off at Guanacaste. From there it's a 2 km walk to the park entrance. Try to time your arrival just before the park jeep's departure at 8:30 a.m., 10 a.m., 1 p.m. or 3 p.m.
