Nicaragua Guest House is a family-owned establishment in an elegant suburb of Managua, amid a picturesque, tree-lined setting. The hopping Bello Horizonte is down the road, for those who enjoy going out at night.

The guest house features tile floors, wicker furniture and a sunny color palate. Internet access and air conditioning are available for an extra charge of US $2 and $13, respectively.

The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the city's international airport and bus terminals. For those without cars, the hotel offers round trip transporation to the Managua International Airport and to the international bus terminals for no additional cost.

For long-term visitors, or those staying for more than three nights, the guest house will change bedding and linens every second day.

There is secure parking for visitors who arrive before 10 p.m. Those arriving later park on the street, which is also reasonably safe.

The guest house also turns out the lights at 11 p.m.
