San Telmo, Buenos Aires, Argentina

Hotel

By Brandon Bragato

Located four blocks from 9 de Julio, one of Buenos Aires' principal streets, this family-run San Telmo hotel is an option for the traveler looking for a cheap private room. The orange carpet and hexagonal light fixtures that hang from the hallway ceiling will not win any interior design awards, but the rooms are clean, though a bit cramped, and have private bathrooms. Each room has a double bed and cable television. The main perk to this hotel is its vicinity to a subway station and many bus lines.
