La Casona Coffee Shop

Gourmet coffee is the specialty at La Casona Coffee Shop and the java options include cappuccinos, frappuccinos, cafés con kalúa and café espresso with conac. Behind swinging doors, the restaurant has an open and surprisingly Western-style space, complete with WiFi (customers can ask for the access code), flat screen TVs and walls decorated with iron lamps and musical instruments. For lunch, La Casona serves a wide range of sandwiches (C$55 to C$80), giant hamburgers (C$60 to C$95) and “chilly dogs.” A small selection of salads, tacos, main dishes (C$40 to C$160) and anytime breakfast (C$38 to C$68), mean that La Casona can satisfy almost any craving. The restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
