Moyogalpa
Moyogalpa is Isla Ometepe's main town, and the first place most travelers will encounter. The bulk of hotels, restaurants, internet cafes and tour operators are found here, and it's a good base for exploring Laguna Charco Verde and other attractions to the south of Volcan Concepcion. However, the town lacks a good beach. Also, hotel prices tend to be a bit higher and feel more urban. It really lacks the rustic, isolated atmosphere that many travelers come to Ometepe in search of.
