Nearly all of the restaurants on Ometepe are connected to hotels and vice versa. Seafood is quite good, though the introduction of tilapia has robbed Lake Nicaragua of much of the diversity it once had. With a few exceptions (such as Yogi's and The American Cafe) food is generally quite standard. Unless you're staying in Moyogalpa, expect to have most of your meals in your hotel.
