Getting Around San Juan del Sur
The actual town of San Juan del Sur is small, and most tourists have no trouble walking around from place to place. Bike rentals are also available at many hostels and hotels, for usually about $6 a day. Taxis are parked across the street from the municipal market. Rental cars are also available. The most commonly used company is “Dollar Rent-a-Car.” Rentals can be made online, or visit their station at the hotel, Pelican Eyes, located one and a half blocks east of Central Park.
