Getting Around
San Carlos is a small town and just about any destination is walkable, although there are a few steep hills. Two inner city buses circle around San Carlos all day until 6 p.m. There is a taxi stand in front of the market and other taxis that drive around the city, especially during rainy season. Rides anywhere within San Carlos are about $.50 during the day and $1.00 after 10 p.m.
