Charming and central, Hostal Dorado offers clean and new dorms as well as cosy private rooms. Comfy hammocks are set around a charming little garden. Guests are offered free internet (wifi) as well as coffee and tea, but with the lack of common area facilities Viva's reviewer couldn't help feeling the place was slightly overpriced. Also features a book exchange, DVD movies and laundry service. Private rooms are on offer for $12 - $25, but you can find nicer rooms for cheaper across the park.
