V!VA User‘s Description

This hostel totally lives up to its name. It is a real oasis in the sweltering town of Granada. The entrance leads into a tree-filled courtyard that has hammocks and whicker chairs surrounded by tomes. Past the free computers, a small tiled area surrounds a cool-plunge pool and there are also rooms out in the back. Some rooms are on the small side, but perfectly clean. There are free movies, free tea and coffee, and 10-minute free worldwide phone calls per day for guests.

Room Prices:
Lower:Dorm $6.90, double with bath $25.30 for the room.
Higher:Quad with bath $34.50

Hard to leave such a lovely place

Rating: 100%

I loved the relaxing and friendly atmosphere. You can feel very safe here and be confident that your posessions are safe, too. In some other hostels I had items stolen, so it is important for me to feel that a hostel is safe. At Hostel Oasis I never heard of any problems. All the staff was kind and helpful. Also, the murals and decorations are also beautiful and add to the genial atmosphere.
