Casa Mariposa is a beautiful home only 25 minutes from San Juan del Sur. Casa Mariposa offers incredible views of the Pacific and located in the magnificent Parque Maritimo.

The living and dining areas open up to the pool and enormous patio, allowing the cool ocean breezes to flow through the home and giving you great views of the Pacific. The indoor living area is large, comfortable and has books, games, satellite TV, stereo and binoculars all for your use. The beautiful wood dining table will seat ten and there is additional seating of eight outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare great meals.

The outdoor area has a sofa, lounge chairs, custom built pool chairs, two hammocks, a large brick grill/oven perfect for barbecues and a wireless connection for when you want to connect to the internet.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, ceiling fan, two armoires and large built-in closets. The second bedroom has two full single beds, and a private bathroom. The third and fourth bedroom have bunk beds and their own separate bathroom. Also, for your convenience, there is a shower located outside.

The infinity pool is the highlight of the house. Sit back, relax and enjoy a good book on the patio or experience a magnificent Pacific sunset beneath the palm trees.
