El Sueño de Meme specializes in long-term stays and offers discounts for those committing to extended periods of time. All of their rooms are private with private bathrooms, TVs and either a fan or air-conditioning. There is also a small, 20 person conference center. There is nothing special about it but the single rooms are a fair price, especially those with a fan. If you plan on staying here for more than a few days try and negotiate a deal because as many of the guests are long-term the hotel is used to bargaining.
