The owner of this very purple place is very friendly and organized, right down to her informative booklet-pick up a copy in any one of the bathrooms-explaining herself and the hostel's background.

The purpose-built hostel, which has a nice garden area with hammocks and chairs and a comfortable communal area inside, is a little out of town, but is ideal for catching buses to Cerro Punta.

Dorms and rooms are clean and spacious with solid beds and a choice of facilities. The kitchen is a good size, there is limited free internet and the owner offers great advice on what to do in the area.

Very clean, great deal

We liked it here and we originally planned to stay 1 night and ended up staying a total of 4!  It was clean, the staff was friendly and it had English news and movies on the cable TV. It's an incredible deal.

All the basic things that travelers look for can be found at this hostel.  And lots of other extra touches make this place a real find.  And if you like the color purple it's a must see!

Best Hostel I Ever Stayed At

This place has everything. One wonders if  some of the reviews here are from some of those immature ignorant types of travelers who are trying to escape any kind of responsiblity from reality. Check out this very clean,  fun, friendly place.   The kitchen and the bathrooms were spotless.
