While it's tough for them to compete with the glitz and glamor of Luna Castle, Hospedaje Casco Viejo offers decent $10 dorms in a quiet setting. They have all the amenities you'd expect (WiFi, common room with cable TV, sound kitchen, lockers, etc). It's less of a party vibe then Luna Castle, and a good place to go if you're looking for a more chilled out place to stay.
