The O Poejo´s restaurant

was implanted in a space of an old olive´s factory and warehouse maintaining some of his characteristics: in the bathrooms, an old wood door was restored and transformed in mirror.

Local specialities are served at Lunch or Dinner, such as “Lebre com Feijão Branco”, Carne de Porco á Alentejana”, “Alhada de Cação”, Cabrito de Cachafrito” and the Famous Conventual´s Dishes of Alentejo ( “Sericaia” with chestnut, “Encharcada”, “Licor de Poejo “ all made in Restaurant´s kitchen with natural and regional products. The Wine List host a very careful selection of both Alentejo and Portuguese etiquettes.

At the Patio-garden in Summer time, the colour s of the earth contrast with the greens, the refresh lake and the ambiance invited the guest s to enjoy the flavours and tastes outdoor for a romantic meal.
