From sea to shining sea, the United States is a country with an amazing amount of both cultural and geographic diversity. On one end of the spectrum, hopping metropolitan areas like the City that Never Sleeps (aka New York City) or Los Angles, CA, have enough restaurants, shops, theaters, museums and clubs to amaze and amuse the most sophisticated socialite and hard-core shopaholic. On the other end, the wide open spaces and snow-capped mountains of the country's national parks (such as Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming or Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona) provide enough hunting, fishing, camping and hiking opportunities to suit the tastes of any outdoorsman. Each one of the 50 states has its own unique set of attractions, sports teams, laws and even local foods (Who can visit Philadelphia without trying a cheesesteak, go to Maine and not have lobster, or leave Georgia without sipping sweet tea?). With so much to see and do, the only question you may have when you visit is where do I go first?
