This is one of Argentina’s most well-regarded museums, and it’s the place to go if you´re looking for variety (you might want to check out the Centro Cultural Borges, too). It holds permanent collections of Pre-Colombian Andean art, 20th century Argentine art, and international art from the Renaissance to the 20th century. You may also enjoy the open sculpture terraces, permanent photo exhibit, art library, and cultural and educational activities hosted in the auditorium. The museum now rents audio guides in English or Spanish to help you get the most out of your visit.
