While there's no shortage of eateries in Luján, travelers during the month of January will have difficulty finding variety. With several identical parillas and indistinct pizza libres (all you can eat), there is no lack of cheap and filling food. The cafès and restaurants lining the riverside and Calle San Martín offer more variety and ambiance, but many of these are open only at lunchtime during the week, so be sure to check hours. If all else fails, McDonald's is open 24 hours and there are ice cream shops on nearly every block.
