The only HI hostel in the area is the place to go for active travelers looking to take advantage of all the sporting and adventure opportunities in the area and meet likeminded folks. The hostel arranges everything from Spanish classes to kite surfing, diving and mountain biking. It is located just a couple of blocks from the beach of the same name and half a block from Alem street, a popular nightlife destination. The interior is cozy, a bit generic, but it still retains the feel of vacation home than the stole house once was. They also host a Quicksilver sponsored Surf Camp during the summer. Book ahead!
