Apparently not many figure out that the bar is named Paraiso (Heaven) because of the larger than life photos of fallen rockers that dominate the walls. The giant black and white prints and dark wood bar fit well together, making a relaxing pub environment great for an early drink or late night elbow rubbing. This place fills up at night, as do most of its neighbors on Alem street, and the upstairs is often turned into an impromptu dance floor.
