La Iguana Bar

La Iguana Bar (Avenida del Libertador 27/45, Tel. # 02254 481334) is one of the most popular bar/restaurants in the downtown area. Taking up the entire second floor of a mini shopping building it has two bar areas connected by an array of porches, and boardwalks for open air dining and drinking. Good energy, thumping music and a packed crowd are typical from 2:00AM onward until daylight. Earlier you can find good food and a table which you should hold onto and defend against the crowds later on. A meal is around $8, a beer will cost you $3.50 and a cocktail is around $7.
