Tandil: Getting Around

Once in Tandil, get on your bike and explore at your own speed. Flat, quiet suburban roads and spaced-out attractions make cycling an inviting option. Keto (Quintana 744) rents bikes for 24 hours with a free delivery and collection service to your door, Tel: 02293 – 452454.
Three Colectivo (bus) routes pass by the central Plaza and service the main sites within the town's boundaries. If you aren't going to walk, however, cycling is your best option.
It's almost impossible to hail a taxi in the street. Remis taxi operates a 24 hour private car service at reasonable rates. There are several offices in the town center, although it’s far easier just to call (02293 – 440226).
