The main concentration of services are at the junction of 9 de Julio with San Martin. Here mail services, photo shops, money exchange/transfer, ATMs, pharmacies and a huge Carrefour hypermarket are situated. Locutorios with phone and internet access are on every block around the center. Many hotels also offer internet and WIFI for free.
