A gem in a neighborhood not known for its culinary pleasures, Miramar is classic neighborhood joint. Once a market, the restaurant still has the market counter and shelves lined with goods, but most people come in eat nicely grilled meat including lamb and pork. The picadas – plates with a selection of different cheeses, meats and olives – are also considered a specialty of the house. Closed Tuesdays.
