V!VA User‘s Description

Tucked among the cobblestone, tree-lined streets of the western neighborhood of Caballito, The Oldest is a good excuse to check out the area and to drink a pint or two while you're there. Known for being a quiet, middle-class neighborhood without much nightlife, The Oldest stands alone in Caballito as an established watering hole. Locals who don't feel like making the trek to the downtown pubs fill the bar almost every night of the week. Beers on tap, a good whisky selection, and decent food combine with a pleasant atmosphere to make it a perfect reason to head west.
