Opening a gourmet fusion restaurant in an economically struggling residential neighborhood is not a business decision that everyone would take. But celebrity chef Francis Mallman did and it has all worked out just fine. He built it and they are coming. The food is creative renditions of Argentine staples combined with the finest ingredients from Patagonia. The food is excellent but the price is outrageous, especially for the area!
