Known as CBC for the speaking ease of the locals, the California Burrito Company provides hearty and huge burritos at affordable prices. The restaurant is a casual affair where patrons line up and order from a long, Subway-style counter with a variety of beans, meats, grilled vegetables and good, spicy salsas. Set on the newly remodeled walking street Lavalle in the center of the commercial district, it is packed to the hilt and a bit suffocating when the offices empty for lunch, so for those with a more flexible schedule it’s best to avoid it from around 1 to 2:30 in the afternoon. Open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.-10 p.m.

100%Great place.
Not worth going to...
0%The atmosphere is a clear imitation of Chipotle in the U.S., but the service is absolutely awful. Tonight they were out of: beef, guacamole, tacos, cheese, cream, and, for some reason, said that they only serve margaritas on Tuesdays? Expensive for BsAs, and not worth going to at all. Go to one of the Mexican places in Palermo, like Cielito Lindo.
