With its prime location in trendsetting Palermo Viejo, this is one of the area’s most popular party hostels. Still, you may have to sacrifice certain luxuries—like dorm space or bathroom cleanliness—for cheap beer and a social environment. A huge terrace features a grill and plenty of seating for socializing, but their kitchen is small and closes at 11 p.m. TB has the added advantage of HI’s services: a travel agency and a variety of city excursions are available inside.
