Congo is a cornerstone in Palermo nightlife, attracting crowds of beautiful people most nights of the week. If you want to sit down, try to get there before 11, if not, join the masses milling around the bar and competing for the bartender’s attention. The patio/garden in the back is beautiful and a second bar opens on hot nights. Closed Tuesday.
