If your company stiffed you on your expense account and you have an early morning meetings to get to in the area, the clean but sparse Tres Sargentos might be the place for you. It is the most affordable in the area and offers large beds in small, somewhat cramped rooms that were decorated sometime when Isabelita was president. The drab maroon carpets and TV bolted to the wall give it a bit of an institutional feel, but the rooms are clean and well maintained. The common area and bar downstairs might be a good place to start if you are looking to meet the neighborhood cast of characters.
