All Restaurants in Retiro

Being in between diverse parts of the city center, Retiro is home to an eclectic array of eating establishments, from homey parillas and empanada shops to some of the city's finest dining. Many of the restaurants are busiest at lunch because of the proximity to large office buildings. Great deals can be found on fixed lunches. Just ask for the menu ejecutivo, which may be hidden but almost always exists.

Bars dominate the nighttime scene in Retiro. There are a few dance clubs as well, but the bulk of establishments cater to the office crowd looking for an after-work drink. There tend to be specials on drinks during the evening hours. Irish pubs are entertaining places to meet Argentines looking to brush up on their English. The crowd is usually a mix of locals and foreigners.
