The Hotel Varela is actually more of a hostel catering to budget minded travelers flocking to Buenos Aires. Its location is ideal for the various barrios (or districts) and offers sizeable rooms, some ensuite, others with shared bathroom. There are no amenities worth mentioning, though the inner garden-like sanctuary is a redeeming feature.
