Just around the corner from Fin del Mundo is this increasingly popular club owned and operated by legendary comedian Alfredo "El Gordo" Caseros. Named after his classic TV show-a sketch show in the vein of Saturday Night Live-the bar has two floors, funky 70s design, and is one of the few San Telmo venues where dancing and unfettered fun are the ultimate goal-and generally the result. There are over-the-top cocktails, but most locals just down a couple fernet and cokes and hit the dance floor. It is often closed in January and February, so call ahead during this time.
Open: Tuesday to Sunday from 8:30 p.m.
