Every evening a long line forms outside of Desnivel, as gringos and locals alike wait for a table in this unassuming Parrilla in the bohemian neighborhood of San Telmo. The wait is made more torturous as you can watch the chef grill orders of steak, sausage, ribs, and other carnivore delicacies right before your eyes. When you are finally seated and get a waiter's attention however, you will be treated to possibly the best steak you ever had, for the price of a Big Mac Meal at McDondalds.

100%I visited Buenos Aires about one year ago, and every once in a while I still pine for a nice pepper-coated steak from Desnivel. What a great place.
