As visitors to Buenos Aires seem to be more interested in learning Argentina's national dance form than its language, the city appears to have nearly as many places to study tango as it does places to study Spanish. Master the intricate moves, work up the nerve, and head to one of myriad milongas (tango dance parties held in ballrooms through the city) to test your skills. Classes are generally two hours long and cost less than US$7. The entry fee is usually less for the milongas, which last until the wee hours and attract an older, more local crowd than you'll find getting lost in the techno groove at BA hot spots like Crobar and Pacha.
