Los Chanchitos claims full credit for the creation of the pizzanesa, a unique combination of pizza and milanesa, meant to be shared between three to four people. They come with a variety of toppings, which range from the simplest mozzarella pizzanesa to the more audacious Chanchito with a fried egg on top.
