Museo Etnografico Juan B Ambrosetti - Museum Buenos Aires - Argentina

If you don't have time to visit other parts of Argentina then it's worth taking a look at this informative little museum to get a taste of the many indigenous cultures which make up the country, but are largely invisible in the capital. Founded by anthropologist and archaeologist Ambrosetti, there are exhibits and information on peoples from the Andes to Tierra del Fuego, as well as exhibits on native tribes from countries all over the world. Display explanations are in Spanish, but ask for an English pamphlet. Moreno 350, open Tues-Fri 1-7pm, weekends 3-7pm.
