Museo Historica De Cera - Museum Buenos Aires - Argentina

A fun way to get up to speed on Argentina’s historical heroes, this wax museum is home to former presidents and sporting legends as well as celebrities and politicians from around the world. The mansion house was one of the first brick buildings in Buenos Aires, built amongst the tin homes and wood shacks in which the city’s first immigrants lived. The figures were created by Professor Domingo I. Tellechea, a taxidermist, art restorer and expert in wax modeling. Open: Mon to Fri – 10-6pm, Sat and Sun 11– 8pm.
