Though really part of Palermo and not exactly a neighborhood in its own right, the posh residential area of Las Cañitas is worth a separate mention if not just for the ever-growing selection of some of the cites top restaurants. Once an area left to wild sugarcane crops, today well-pruned trees line mostly residential streets surrounding the polo grounds and racecourse.
