There is an ornate Victorian exterior that covers the three levels of this downtown restaurant/martini bar that attracts a young, hip and happening crowd of locals and tourists who crave relatively cheap tapas (the grilled chicken wraps and cheese croquettes are to die--or break your diet--for) and/or slightly pricier colorful and powerful cocktails. On any given weekend night, you'll find bon vivants living it up and making out in the circular dugout-seating tables on the second level.
