This museum is run by the Argentine Navy (founded by an Irishman, Admiral William Brown) and contains a collection of navigational instruments and scale models of boats. There are also navy and coast guard uniforms, arms, old communication and scuba equipment. The building which houses it is a genteel mid-nineteenth century house, and outside you'll see relics from the Falklands war. Open weekdays, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and weekends & holidays, 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., admission is 2 pesos.
