Modern award-winning architecture houses the work of Oscar Agustin Alejandro Schulz Solari (1887-1963), more commonly known as Xul Solar. Without a doubt the most singular and eccentric Argentine artist of the 20th century, Xul Solar's work, from paintings to board games to languages, is a world unto itself. Combining interests as diverse as sailing and mathematics, Solar used his esoteric knowledge and seemingly endless imagination to create unique art.
