The new upscale bar and cafe in the heart of Recoleta is in a renovated classic, petite house. It is outfitted with state-of-the-art LED lighting inside and out, which makes this a hard to miss place.
By far the finest spirits selection in the city. There are 20 premium bottled beers and Heineken on tap. For quality coffee, know that they carry Illy brand gourmet Italian espresso.
Open seven days at 5 p.m., and Happy Hour goes until midnight, which includes specials of $5 Heineken drafts, 20% off all mixed drinks and other daily drink and food specials. The menu currently is limited, but has excellent quality and quantity. The bar is open from 5 p.m.-4 a.m. There are plans soon to open 20 hours a day with a full-service kitchen.
This place is perfect for a sports fan, the first floor has 42-inch HD flat screens, so there isn't a bad seat in the house to view the games (NFL, MLB, NBA, NCAA and other international sporting events) via Direct TV and Sling Box.There is free WiFi, too!
There are technically three floors, but Casa Bar currently only operates on the first floor. There is a smoking section on the back patio. The entire second floor, when it opens, will be open for smokers, too. This bar attracts the mid-20s and up crowd, and it offers live music nights and theme nights every week.
The all-female staff is very attentive. There is no cover charge to enter the relaxed and friendly bar, which has competitive drink prices and daily specials.

Best spirits and beer selection at affordable prices, wonderful friendly staff, really good food, super clean and very pretty bar. For sports viewing it is terrific and the music is so refreshing played by an in-house DJ ( OPP - Clayton ). Just a really great vibe at this place and we enjoyed our visit tremendously and highly recommend it to others.
Classic traditional style bar with a great feel. Exceptional beer and liquor menu. Best choice to watch NFL football.
FYI: They make the best empañadas
After dinner at one of our favorite places my friend and I happened by this new spot. There was an incredible jazz trio performing (free entry), so we grabbed a table, ordered a wine and enjoyed the show. It is an old house with high ceilings and beautiful architectural features. The atmosphere was relaxed, yet festive with an eclectic crowd of people enjoying themselves. Prices were mid-range and the service was exceptional. For a Tuesday night in BA, it was very nice to find this place, considering Tuesdays are usually slow at best in the city known for night life. This place is a block down the street from Shamrock (both on Rodriguez Pena). Going from Shamrock to Casa Bar is like going from the dark side of the moon into the light. This is a fantastic bar that I highly recommend and will frequent again.
