Don't be turned off by the drab exterior and the even shabbier Recoleta block. Once you make it up the flight of stairs and enter the dining room of this luxurious wine bar, you'll feel like you've entered a never never land of impeccable taste and beautiful people. Even if the lighting didn't create the most romantic ambience this side of a moonlit terrace, you'd probably still want to spend hours here, sipping wine or some elaborately concocted cocktail at the gorgeously illuminated bar. And once you've worked up an appetite, you can head to one of the immaculately appointed tables to sample the trendy and slightly pricey cuisine, prepared by separate-but-equal sushi, pastry and main-menu chefs. Open Monday to Friday, 7 p.m. to late, Saturdays and Sundays, 8 p.m. to late.
