Irish pubs are everywhere and this is one of the more popular ones in Buenos Aires. Local and tourist cram in to throw back pints of Guiness and ham it up until the wee hours. The barman has his hands full on the weekends and the service can be a bit rough, but this is a great place to meet people. The Irish theme is helpful for those with little Spanish and are looking for locals that speak in English. An Irish pun is like an Irish embassy, right?
