Locals and tourists alike know this is one of the best parrillas in San Telmo. Greeted at the entrance by slabs of raw meat and smoke, you’ll certainly eat well in this no-frills establishment. After 10 p.m., the crowded tables overflow with different cuts of pork, beef, and chorizo. Side orders of fries with garlic and parsley, and salad with hearts of palm help offset the heavy load of meat. Service alters between friendly and aggressive, but the food is always satisfying. Get there early if you want to stuff yourself with meat on a Friday or Saturday night. Monday 7 p.m.-1 a.m., Tuesday-Sunday, noon-4 a.m.
