If you’re looking for a bustling restaurant scene, you aren’t going to find one in Villa Crespo – at least not yet. While there are several wonderful restaurants peppered throughout the beautiful tree-lined streets of this calm residential neighborhood, it doesn’t compare to the activity going on just across the Avenida Cordoba in Palermo (and judging by its residents, it doesn’t want to). While Villa Crespo does offer a few major “hits” as far as fine dining goes, it is not the kind of neighborhood you want to wander through in search of food when you’re hungry – it could take a while to find a spot. As a general rule of thumb, note that most of Villa Crespo´s restaurants are within a few blocks of Avenida Cordoba.
