When to Go
Córdoba is situated almost 400 meters above sea level so it can get a bit brisk in the winter. Summer is very pleasant but during school vacation lots of the youngsters go home. Semana Santa in March is especially lively due the sheer magnitude of religious buildings in town, most of which special events for the festivities.
