V!VA User‘s Description

Along the western side of the Comechingones Mountain Range, along the extensive Conlara Valley, Merlo and Cortaderas are two of the most beautiful tourism spots in San Luis featuring mountains, creeks and a unique microclimate embedded in a magnificent landscape.

The area offers a broad range of entertainment activities in a beautiful natural context: walks, horse riding, parapente, ranch tourism, agro tourism and condor watching, an emblematic bird in Latin America. After the opening of Valle del Conlara International Airport, access to the this areas has been very much improved. There are plenty of tourism alternatives throughout the year. Visitors can enjoy the most delicious regional cuisine, including different varieties of small goat meat dishes.
