The Museo de Historia Natural is located on Italia y Ejército de Los Andes,
seven blocks from the Plaza Pringles on the north side of town on the Universidad Nacional de San Luis campus. It's a good complement to the nearby Parque Nacional Sierra de las Quijadas, as many of the plant and animal fossils found at the park are currently on display here, including one of a giant spider that is known as the world's largest arachnid fossil. You can call the museum at 02652-423917 for more information.
